HousesForSale - Real Estate Agent in Rowlett, TXRowlett, TX Native Ready to Find Your Perfect Home
As a native Texan, I take a lot of pride in what I do and how I do it. Both of my parents taught me well in how to ensure that the client always come first, and even with my first career as an electrician, I made sure I kept those important values with me. While I was an electrician, I realized that I absolutely loved houses as I saw many of them as I worked in my twenties. This is when I decided I would form my own property management business. During this time, I worked with Housing and Urban Development and worked to continue my education by earning my Bachelors of Science. Later in my life, I found that I still had not quite satisfied my need to work with houses, so I started looking into becoming a Real Estate agent and leaped into a new chapter of my life.I’ve worked very hard to learn the ropes in these past ten years, and I’ve worked with sellers, investors, and buyers. I aim to earn the respect and appreciation of every client I work with and meet all their needs as individuals. I’m happy to say that my client-oriented attitude has earned me several awards. Throughout the years, I’ve also built expertise in homes in Dallas that are part of a divorce settlement. I work a lot with homes in Rowlett, but I also frequently find myself picking out the perfect home for a family of 5 in Garland, Rockwall, Richardson, Sachse, Wylie, Allen, and Plano. My clients come first, always – I’m always working to build relationships one home at a time.

Houses in Dallas are nothing short of stunning, even though many of them aren’t houses! Luckily, here in Rowlett, we have a mixture of the properties you find in the bigger city and some beautiful, country-scape homes that have their own personal lakes, walking trails, and even farms and barns. Most homes you’ll find in Rowlett are single-family ranch homes. These easily accessible houses often have attached garages, well-maintained yards, and fenced backyards. While some of these homes are still built today, many of them were built in the 1970’s. The long, open floor plans are appealing to older couples and those who like to entertain guests. Rowlett also has its fair share of craftsman-style homes. These homes are prolific through the Dallas area and are almost always two stories instead of one. They’re usually small, quaint homes with sectioned floor plans so that every room has its purpose. These homes are often on large lots and can sometimes be found as ‘fixer uppers’ as many have gone over fifty years without updates. We also have many new multi-family developments including townhomes, high-end apartments, and condos. Several new 55+ communities, such as Lakeview Pointe and The Luxe at Rowlett, are currently under construction and will focus on taking care of our senior citizens.
